Nathan Boddie, MD is board certified in internal medicine. He received his master’s degree in environmental science from Columbus State University and attended medical school at St George’s University. He then completed residency training at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. Dr. Boddie spent the past ten years as a hospitalist at St. Charles Health System and now serves as our Complex Care Center medical director and a Bridges Health provider. He believes in the mission of Mosaic Medical and our position to positively impact the overall health of Central Oregon.
When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Boddie works to improve Bend in other ways, serving as a city council member. He aims to improve affordability and manage growth in a responsible and sustainable way so Bend remains a welcoming community for all. He also enjoys spending time in the wilderness ultra-running, mountain biking, skiing and rafting.
Kyle Mills, PharmD - Pharmacist
Kyle comes to Bridges to help patients understand their medications and help make sure their medications work well for them and their lifestyle and goals. He completed two years of post-graduate residency in Pharmacy Practice and Internal Medicine after graduating from the University Of Wyoming with his PharmD. Through his practice he’s helped patients in many settings from large hospital ICUs to outpatient clinics – always with a goal of helping to ensure each patient’s medications help them achieve great health and their personal goals. He’s excited to join such an innovative and caring team and looks forward to helping each patient with their care.
Steven Baker - Behavioral Health Consultant
Steve has been a therapist for over 30 years. He retired from the United States Air Force in 2000 where he was fortunate to travel much of this country and the world. He values the use of humor, transparency and honesty in his clinical work. He loves his family, music, dancing, hiking and enjoying the beauty of this incredible country.
Lang Smith - PA-C
Lang Smith is a Certified Physician Assistant and received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater OK. She attended Physician Assistant training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, TX. Lang’s areas of interest include preventative medicine, diabetes education/management, mental health and motivational coaching for physical activity. She states “I find it rewarding to motivate others to make positive changes in areas that impact their health… in essence their life.” Lang has previously worked in Family Medicine at Providence Medical Group in Portland, Oregon and Clackamas County/Neighborhood Health Center in Gladstone, Oregon. Lang loves the hot, arid climate of Bend, making her feel right at home from growing up in South. She enjoys swimming and any artistic endeavor!
